Day 29

I started exercising and the two days after I had great #s but then gained .8 and then only lost .2. This is discouraging since I finally feel good and actually want to work out and feel like exercise can only help in the long run. I am going to continue to work out for another week and see if I start losing again. Other than that I do feel healthy and confident that I can continue that diet at least until mom and dad get home. Total loss so far is 20.2 lbs
