Day 19

The past week has been very hard. My losses are very random and usually very low so that's been frustrating. My hands have been so chapped they are bleeding and hurt when I do anything. I starting using Gold Bond and it is working great and doesn't seem to effect me. I did an apple day yesterday in hopes to jump start better loss and my loss today was great (-2.6). I hope it continues.
